Are you a highly motivated Digital Marketing Manager who can develop and implement our digital marketing strategies across various channels? You will have extensive experience in digital marketing, including search engine optimization (SEO), pay per click (PPC), email marketing, customer journey/lifecycles and performance analytics. Working closely with the Head of Digital and Marketing you will ensure that all strategies and campaigns are aligned with the company's objectives. You will be responsible for measuring and analysing the effectiveness of these campaigns. You will play a vital role in shaping the company's online presence, maximizing brand exposure, and enhancing customer engagement through various digital channels.

What will I be doing?  

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with business objectives. Identifying target audiences, define key performance indicators (KPIs), and devise strategies to achieve them
  • Dream-up solutions which can be digitized and scalable for all customers
  • Plan, execute, and optimize online advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, social media channels, and display networks. Monitor performance, analyse data, and make data-driven decisions to improve campaign effectiveness
  • Lead the SEO efforts to enhance organic search rankings and increase website visibility. Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and monitor SEO performance. Stay updated with industry trends and search engine algorithm changes
  • Develop and implement content marketing strategies to engage the target audience and drive brand awareness. Create compelling and relevant content for the website, blog, social media, and other platforms. Leverage content marketing to support SEO initiatives and enhance customer engagement
  • Manage and grow the company presence on social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram. Develop engaging social media campaigns, create content calendars, and monitor social media metrics to measure performance
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, drive customer engagement, and promote products and services. Implement segmentation strategies and personalize content to maximize campaign effectiveness. Monitor email performance and make data-driven improvements
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics across all digital marketing channels. Generate regular reports, identify trends, and provide insights and recommendations to optimize marketing strategies and achieve business goals
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as sales, engineering and category to align digital marketing initiatives with broader business objectives 
  • Above all, be a leader who stimulates and motivates others around you to achieve their best. 

 

What do I need? 

  • Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing or a related field
  • In depth knowledge of Magento/Adobe Commerce
  • At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of driving traffic, engagement, and conversions across various channels
  • Experience managing SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media marketing, and content marketing campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and provide insights and recommendations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with other departments
  • Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, AdWords, and other digital marketing tools
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web design principles a plus.
