The Insight Analyst is responsible for gathering, analysing, and interpreting data to provide valuable insights and reporting to support business decision-making. They play a crucial role in driving data-driven strategies and optimizing business performance.

What will I be doing?

• Pro-actively review business performance, identifying trends, opportunities, and concerns across the business.
• Collaborate with all areas of the business to design key performance indicators that allows the company to measure and improve business performance.
• Identify opportunities to make improvements to our reporting suite, ensuring reporting is in line with business goals.
• Respond to any ad-hoc data requests, add value where possible and ensure that items are completed in-line with business priorities.
• Any other duties in line with business and departmental needs.

What do I need?

Prerequisite

• Advanced SQL/SSRS/SSIS

Advantageous to have

• Knowledge of modern BI tools such Power BI, Tableau, Qlik etc
• Experience working with salesforce.com
• Experience of distribution environment in B2B setting
