JOB TITLE:  Senior Analyst – Data & Reporting, Commercial FP&A *** Remote opportunity ***



The Senior Data & Reporting Analyst is responsible for providing matrixed support to a team of finance business partners and the commercial organization.  The Senior Data & Reporting Analyst will implement tools and strategies to translate raw data into valuable business insights that enable enhanced decision making and business performance.



  • Collaborate with the finance and commercial organizations to identify, create, and automate data & reporting solutions.
  • Manage data and reporting solutions to enable advanced analysis and data driven decision making throughout the finance and commercial organizations
  • Consolidate internal and external data sources into repeatable and sustainable processes
  • Interpret data and analyze results using advanced tools and statistical analysis
  • Drive productivity in the finance and sales function through collaboration and training others in advanced tools
  • Analyze large amounts of information to discover trends and patterns
  • Propose solutions and strategies to solve business challenges
  • Drive consistency and efficiency in reporting across business areas through effective communication, intentional rationalization, and clear expectations
  • Participation in special projects and performs additional duties as required

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Statistics, Data Management, or equivalent 
  • Minimum of five years of related experience required
  • Proven track record of learning and implementing new data/analytics platforms and strategies




  • In depth knowledge of financial modeling and anlaysis is required.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills
  • Proficient in Tableau, Alteryx, ThoughtSpot, MicroStrategy or similar data & analytics platforms
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills are also required, and the ability to prepare and present concise and persuasive reports and presentations
  • Ability to use multiple software packages to enhance efficiency, efficacy and confidence of results
  • Comfortable delivering dissenting opinions supported by facts in a respectful manner
  • Knowledge of R, Python, or other programming languages



  • A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel up to 5% of the time may be required.



Compensation starting at $65,030.00 and up commensurate with experience
