Founded by a WWII veteran, MSC is committed to supporting our servicemen and women’s transition to the civilian workforce. At MSC we recognize the commitment and dedication it takes to serve our country and value the leadership skills, strategic talents, and sense of purpose the military has instilled in you. We invite you to build a better career with MSC where you can collaborate with others on a shared mission, achieve both individual and company objectives, as well as make an impact on our growth and the communities we serve.

Hiring our Heroes Fellowship Program

This internship provides networking, professional training and hands-on experience.

MSC has partnered with Hiring Our Heroes for a 12-week corporate fellowship. This program is designed to help launch your civilian career that is best suited to your skillset and experience level.

This innovative program provides transitioning service members with professional training and hands-on experience in the civilian workforce. The professional development offered through the fellowship prepares candidates for a smooth transition into meaningful civilian careers at MSC.

Transitioning service member fellows must be within 180 days of transition from military service at the time of the 12-week program.

MSC Helping Heroes

MSC's Helping Heroes program is focused on mobilizing the collective power of our 6,500-plus associates behind a single worthy cause: veterans and their families. We fuel this commitment through several partnerships and initiatives, including MSC associates providing mentorship to returning veterans through American Corporate Partners and participating in various career events with Wounded Warriors and RecruitMilitary. We also volunteer with and support many non-profit organizations across the country like Purple Heart Homes, United Way, Operation Gratitude, Veteran's Bridge, Veteran Staffing Network, The Gary Sinise Foundation, Fisher House Foundation, M.A.S.H. Pantry, Homes for our Troops, and Veterans Empowerment Organization.
