After You Apply
We will send a confirmation email acknowledging that we have received your application submission. (If you don't receive an email, please check your email spam folder.) We review applications and only contact qualified candidates who most closely match the position requirements to begin the process.
Interview Process
Our interview process can vary in length of time based on the position and location. As part of the process, you may be meeting with a Human Resources representative, the hiring manager, and other team members via telephone, in-person or video conference. This process is mutually beneficial and allows both MSC and you to gather pertinent information.
Selection
Once the interview process is complete, the most qualified candidate is selected and extended an offer. All hires must successfully complete the background check process which may include a drug screen. Candidates who were interviewed and not selected will be notified once a decision has been made.
